During an initial appointment we discuss your health concerns and medical history. I may conduct physical exams or order tests to assist with finding the root cause of your health issues. I explore lifestyle factors such as diet, stress, and sleep patterns which contribute to your overall health. I will formulate a personalized treatment plan, often incorporating herbal medicines if indicated, dietary advice and lifestyle adjustments to promote overall well-being.
Follow up appointment. 30 minutes. $80
During a follow-up appointment I will review your progress since the initial consultation, including evaluating treatment effectiveness, discusses any challenges or changes in symptoms, and may adjust the treatment plan accordingly. I will provide ongoing support, guidance, and education to assist your journey towards improved health and wellness.
Extended Follow Up Appointment.
45 minutes. Investment $110
An extended follow-up appointment may be required for complex health conditions or to review test results in detail, including interpreting findings and discussing implications for health. I will review and adjust your treatment plan accordingly while providing ongoing support, guidance and education.
Acute Appointment.
15 minutes. Investment $60
During an acute appointment for colds and flus, we discuss your symptoms and duration of illness. I may recommend herbal medicines to support the immune system and alleviate symptoms, dietary modifications to nourish the body during convalescence, and lifestyle advice for speedy recovery.
