I am a degree-qualified herbalist with a deep passion for holistic wellness, offering a unique blend of expertise and lived experience. Having worked in the high-pressure environment of emergency services, I’ve gained an intimate understanding of the impact of stress, mental health challenges, burnout, and the demands of shift work. These experiences have shaped my commitment to supporting others in achieving optimal health and well-being.

Additionally, with a background in teaching yoga, I bring a mindful approach to my practice, integrating the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of health into my treatment philosophy. This holistic perspective allows me to offer truly personalised care on your journey to vibrant health.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll often find me immersed in nature, hiking through the forest trails of the stunning Dandenong Ranges or conquering the iconic 1000 Steps. I love spending time in my garden, practicing yoga, enjoying a good coffee, and keeping a watchful eye on my cheeky pet goats as they plot their next adventure—hopefully not in the neighbours’ gardens!
